Do feel heard by management Facilities are okay Staffing helps each other out more than any other facility that I’ve been to Will give you hours and work with schedule Happier residents than I’ve seen in other places. A more social environment for the residents

Housekeeping is under staffed Always switching ownership. Makes cohesive progress hard Lack of staffing yet are trying their best to get rid of overtime and not to depend on agency hires
