A very supportive and collaborative culture!
Pros
My experience working at Serein has genuinely helped me grow, both professionally and personally. From my own experience, one of the things I’ve appreciated most is the amount of trust and ownership I’ve been given. Over time, I’ve had the chance to lead important projects, work with global clients, and explore different sides of my role beyond just my core responsibilities. It never felt like I was being limited to one thing, which helped me learn a lot faster. Serein has also helped me grow in ways that go beyond just work output. I’ve personally become better with productivity, communication, professional conduct, handling responsibilities, and collaborating with people. A lot of these are things you only really learn through experience, and the guidance and support from mentors and peers here made a big difference for me. The team has been extremely collaborative throughout. No matter where people are working from, everyone stays connected and willing to help each other out. Feedback is always constructive and comes from a place of wanting you to improve, not criticise you. Another thing I’ve genuinely valued is how comfortable the environment feels when it comes to sharing ideas or opinions. I’ve always felt heard, regardless of age or experience, and that really helps build confidence over time. What stood out to me most is that the culture Serein talks about externally actually reflects internally as well. People work seriously and support each other, but there’s also space to have fun, build connections, and enjoy the process along the way.
Cons
Serein strongly embraces a startup-style work culture, which may not suit everyone looking for a very structured or conventional corporate setup. The team is relatively small and collaborative, responsibilities evolve quickly and people get the opportunity to take ownership beyond their defined roles. Personally, I didn’t see this as a drawback. In fact, it creates a great environment for someone who wants to grow quickly, contribute meaningfully, and directly see the impact of their work on projects and the company overall
