Leadership takes zero accountability and there is heavy client churn.. Zero training. Business Dev department is allowed to promise the impossible while having no accountability to the teams who have to then deliver. Team members who don't deliver unrealistic promises are fired and clients complain.

Toxic work culture. No training, guidance, or support to be successful in your role. Extremely poor communication across teams. Terrible client turnover. Lack of efficient processes or structure across client accounts. Direction is given from a personal perspective rather than respecting/understanding client's needs. Horrible leadership with inexperienced people in their roles.
