Pros

There is a Costco and an A&W across the street

Cons

- below market salary - upper management is a joke, all decisions are based on maximum short-term profit which only benefits them. - CEO is a temperamental ex software dev that has no actual formation in company and/or people management - career growth is non existent - A technology company that does not believe in giving access to training

Terrible company to work at.

Pros

One of the few companies located in the east of the island.

Cons

The main problem with Serti is that the CEO was a developer in the 80s, and he still wants to apply his 80s mentality onto the developers, but we are nearly in 2020. Crappy hours, crappy computers, crappy desks, ridiculous expectations, and nearly zero benefits make this one of the worst jobs you can get as a developer in Montreal.

Pros

Great pay but you are mainly a contractual consultant. The people are great when you have the privilege of talking to someone

Cons

They do not keep in touch with you when things are going good, there is no feeling of being part of a company.
