    Advice to Management

The only advice I can give is do not change a thing! I love the structure of Servcorp, the training and the culture of the workplace. One of my favourite things about growing into my role is being able to actively and easily connect to people from different locations- it really makes you feel included in Servcorp as a whole, instead of feeling like one office of many.
