- Time with your manager to see what you want to get out of the job and where you want to be in Servcorp

- You have nothing on multi-tasking until you are introduced to Servcorp
- Expectations on your performance are quite high

- There are little things that pop up every day that make it hard to keep your head down with client work

Advice to Management
The only advice I can give is do not change a thing! I love the structure of Servcorp, the training and the culture of the workplace. One of my favourite things about growing into my role is being able to actively and easily connect to people from different locations- it really makes you feel included in Servcorp as a whole, instead of feeling like one office of many.

- Fast paced environment, and keeps you on your toes. Some people may be looking for something that does not push you to your full potential but if you are looking for a challenge and a job that will grow your knowledge every single day, this is the perfect job for you.

Most of these points are not cons, if you have the right mindset and support to succeed. However, it may be challenging for some people to deal with. Contrarily, many staff have grown within the company and remained at Servcorp for 10+ years.

Pros
- Amazing locations with breath-taking view: Servcorp always locates offices in high buildings in big cities' CBD. You can easily get to workplace using public transports. You will be amazed by not only the view but also the office itself. Servcorp focuses on every single décor items, from the reception area, co-working lounge to its sparkling kitchen. You will never get bored working in such locations.
- Exclusive in-house training: the company's training is second to none. You are directly trained by a training manager, who acts as your mentor. Each of team trainer is very skilful, approachable and willing to answer all of your concerns. The training itself varies from corporate etiquette, personal presentation, customer service to IT. You will always have something to learn as your journey goes on with Servcorp.
- Nice clients from different countries with different cultures that would bring you fresh air everyday.
Cons
- This job is not for everyone. It would be highly stressful if you are simply not a challenge seeker or positive thinker.
- Due to big workload, it is not easy to keep your work-life balance.
- Some days and clients can be challenging and demanding.
- Targets are set incredibly high that make team/individual bonus almost impossible to achieve.

Pros
There are always opportunities to grow in to new roles. Of couse you have to work hard to get them but my experience thus far over the past three years has been that hard work pays off and new roles can be created for the right person. It is so rewarding to see team florish and go from strength to strength.

- Servcorp offer great career opportunities and growth potential. Regardless of the role or department, Servcorp are always pushing to grow their staff and give them great experiences.
- You get to liaise with different cultures, languages and timezones regularly which always makes the day very dynamic.
- The people make the place and I have made many great life long friends through Servcorp.
- They have amazing locations with great views and facilities.
- Travel opportunities are plentiful!
Cons
- The dynamic nature of the day is not for everyone, however it can lead to some of the greatest experiences.
Advice to Management
The passion in keeping an Australian company competing on the global stage is to be commended!
