Where do I begin?? Lack of structure
Small start up so it's easy to see the bickering and fighting. Leadership battling each other.
Training non existent. They implemented a new system this year and after almost 6months, no training has been properly provided. They laid off a lot of people or others got tired of the confusion and left.
I have worked for many companies in a virtual environment and never have I ever experience such chaos. A company full of chaos agents.
The people up top are husband and wife. The wife is CEO and her husband is more so in the background by " choice". 50/50 partnership. He wants the company to flow one way and she wants a different direction. They have changed systems, roles, processes etc all at once which caused confused employees and upset clients. I feel like they straddle the fence when it comes to ethical values. There are lawsuits surrounded with VA claim insiders which is an "affiliate" of served with honor. It's all operated by the same people. I would never recommend people to work here especially if you are in specific professions. They hire veterans, social workers, therapists, counselors and similar and use them on frontline. They know these people will go above and beyond to serve the clients. They lure you in and sell you this big dream and when you get in, it's a different story. They hired an outsider to come in to help turn things around so maybe that will help. The front line workers are amazing. They truly care which is unfortunate because I've seen them break down in meetings, speak about how their mental health is being impacted from all the chaos and frustration. There is no clear vision. It's basically all about selling high priced plans/services to help veterans get to 100℅. Proceed with caution. Soon as an opportunity present itself, I'm out of there. Its a sinking ship. High turnover. Revolving door. Selling high priced services and using chat gpt for the medical portion.
Only good thing was the 6 weeks of PTO.
