Pros

Challenging work with unrealistic dead lines. Very selfish and self interested leadership all the way and especially at the top.

Cons

Executives only motivated by how big their bonus is going to be. Do not care about customer or providing effective services. Do not respect employees or their private time.

Talented and committed employees at front lines and lower management levels.

Cons

Systematic culling of employees to massage EBITDA. Widespread culling of employees who express individual ideas. Fear-based and top-down mentality that kills honesty and creativity. Minimal and decreasing representation women or people of color in leadership roles.

Alright pay. Due to the pandemic it was an industry that remained stable.

Cons

Where do I begin in order to complete this field? No structure, moving targets, 100 bosses...never able to make everyone content. Pile on the workload with no incentive.
