Poor and toxic Leadership

Pros

The organization is consists of no more than 20 people, and the employees are really good people who want to help their community. Pay is relatively decent.

Cons

Even though employees are all great, the leadership team is toxic, and employees do not have autonomy in their respective work. One always has to report every little thing that is done to the leadership team. The leadership team does not trust employees to do work when I was there. I had to CC the leadership team on every email I sent, there was no training and they expect you to do everything right, you cannot go to HR for questions regarding the hiring process for your department, and the list goes on. Do not expect any training as leadership will say they do not have time for you.
