Very toxic work culture with extremely poor management practices. Employees are constantly demotivated instead of being guided and supported. Managers often make discouraging comments such as questioning how employees even cleared interviews or received offers from other companies. There is a lack of respect for employee efforts. In several cases, code contributions and changes made by developers were removed or overwritten without proper communication, wasting time and effort. The environment is full of office politics, unhealthy competition, and unnecessary pressure. Instead of focusing on mentorship and growth, management creates stress by asking irrelevant or unnecessary questions and creating avoidable issues. Team collaboration is weak, and employees often feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, not a good environment for learning, motivation, or career growth.
