Ridiculously aggressive and toxic culture; The worst professionals are called leaders and they can't handle having titles like that. They WILL humiliate you and treat you like you're owned by them. There is NO effort in making you feel welcome and comfortable. The communication across the teams is absurd, terrible, I don't even have the words to express what it's really like. They love to say "Attack the problem, not the person" as an excuse to ROAST someone in front of the entire team and they don't realize that they are actually attacking everyone BUT the problem. Well, when I was interviewing to join them, after the interview with the CEO I thought he was nice, but after a few months I understood that he is one of the worst problems of the company. He probably thinks he's the most smart and awesome man in the world just because he made his way up from India to the USA (they actually held a company-wide meeting of almost 2 hours just to tell his almost "god-like" history). He is a joke. And so is everyone pretending to like Servsys just because everyone is afraid of each other in that awful place. Their quarter company-wide meetings have a moment called "CEO Outreach", in which he takes more than one hour to brag in front of everyone and tell "inspiring" stories that are actually nothing more than a time for him to make him feel superior. It is a JOKE. They would terminate people and then just out of a sudden on the next team meeting would say something like "John isn't with us anymore because he realized he was not being able to fulfill his duties and handle his tasks and goals efficiently anymore".... WHAT? Yep, It was that ridiculous. I have no idea how I was able to stay there for almost a year, but when I left, it felt like I had my life back. After I left, they went through a layoff and a lot of people reached out to me telling me about that and asking for help with new opportunities, and they all felt the same way and knew that the company wouldn't and won't do well if that's how they operate. THEY ARE A JOKE, DON'T EVER JOIN!
