Pros
It is a company that arrived some years ago, built many photovoltaic parks and has now got a full takeover by the mexican owners. It is starting to be more disciplined , with procedures and tremendous opportunities to grow.
Cons
It carries on a history of erratic management and has a lot to improve in workspace ambiance. The change in management hopefully will bring this.
