      Camaraderie despite horrific treatment from management.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Blatant racism, sexism and horrid management. Have seen a number of people fired unlawfully and the agency is ran by inexperienced people who have zero self awareness. Don’t be fooled by positive reviews, we were forced into leaving them by management.

      high profile clients = good for networking when you're a fresher WFH fridays

      Cons

      extreme politics = toxic environment no structure/disorganized processes low compensation, basic insurance, no benefits heavy workload but no career progression and salary increment = one-sided and you end up feeling used and abused yes man to clients = unrealistic expectations
