1. Can do everything on your own. 2. Can learn time management since the manager needs everything done in minutes 3. Helps us to evaluate our (ptt) patience threshold time period. ;-)
Cons
1. No work management. 2. They Don't even use git, No code review process. But shouts at you because the code you did last month was wrong, even if google develepors site says its correct. 3. No benefits other than the basic pay they give you, No salary slips, no records of your pay (hmmm something smells here). 4. Loud, Uncomfortable shouting now and then. 5. High Bp management.
