      felt family oriented, which was kinda nice. employee discount on seafood product is not bad

      Cons

      crappy organization. no HR personnel at all, so you don't have anybody to talk to when having issues at work with coworkers/boss. one of the ugliest production plant/floor I've ever seen. people come and go a lot - nobody liked to stay long there. pay is below average market
