      Pros

      Well yes they have flexible timing where you start your morning at 10 am but you cant be sure if you will leave at 7 pm. They will make you sit thr till 8 or at times 8.30

      Cons

      Ppl from training dept will come on your desk ask you login your personal gmail account and they then they themself will put a review on glassdoor. No work life balance Management is pathetic

      No pros! Notice the difference please All goody goody and positive reviews are from current employees. My advice- Donot go even for the interview.

      Worst politics Ignorance by the hr department Every other person conspiring against you Harsh and rude seniors Money-minded people If targets not achieved, they ask you to leave the organisation on the same day itself with a message "Release xyz" in a private group with hr replying "OK". How can anyone really work in such a dirty organisation I really pity those people Maybe these reviewers must be paid according to salary slabs for rewards
