      Pros

      I had a reason (if that) to dress well. I had to write 20 words in this space for it to be submittable so I’ll use it for more cons; fraud, lies, 100% commission, no clarity over “roles” and a bit more lies.

      Cons

      It’s not work as such more fantasy chasing and time wasting. Unless you reckon you can make a living off 100% commission and door to door blabbering don’t waste your time 👍🏻

      A team that fits

      Pros

      You get close to the team fast. There is no elitism or faction politics. Everyone is one huge team with clear company goals.

      Cons

      You always have to learn how to appreciate people strengths, not just their weaknesses.

      The CEO won't hesitate to travel to come and meet you for your promotion. Always in a good mood and empathetic for his team.

      Cons

      We have a lot of team nights and social events, none are mandatory but makes you feel like you party more often than you work.
