1) company is not able to get project so they blam to employee. 2) most of companies i have work, they think how to save tax for employee but this company management think how to cut more tax from employee so they need to pay less salary. Even they are include gratuity in ctc and consider tax on it. They are going against government rules. They has open multiple company for save tax and they give suggestion that what happen if you give some more tax to goverment.

* If you want to work with a company which have a good workload with the lowest salary in the industry than this company is best for you. * Company in everyone playing their own politics. * There is no such a good interview process with the company if you have a good recommendation then they can hire you without any interview also. * At the time of appraisal company can bargain like you go to buy some vegetables in the market. * There is no transparency in management. * Company can invite any random people to start work with them and start there own company inside of the company.
