      Pros

      I worked as a Graphic Designer and I got great opportunities to work for Big Corporates at Shamoor namely Valvoline, Indian Railways, Anytime Fitness India. The experience you get is vast and the management is very cooperative in terms of exploring different kinds of projects. The office ambience is amazing and team is also very friendly. It's a good organisation for learning and career growth. Unlike other agencies, work pressure is not much and the management is very understanding.

      Pros

      Nothing. Just nice office location and accessible.

      Cons

      Under experienced founders. Average clients. No clients stay for a long period of time. Low work quality. No commitments from management side. Under pays their employees and hire full time unpaid interns. Don't know how to run a company, don't even know how to draft a completion letter. Very few holidays. They don't even pay for employees tea, we have to get it ourselves. No work ethics. Don't know anything about digital marketing
