Pros
Seasoned team of consultants and developers, empowered to "evolve" solution(s) and development where required. I can say I've never been happier, busier, and more proud of accomplishments than I am today.
Cons
We're growing, and fast. This isn't the place, at the moment, for lesser experienced professionals. The pace of work, number of projects, communication and general execution standards add up.
