Most of the associates are filled with fresh graduates by the company's establishment in 2019, when they attract talent by utilizing the Campus hiring method.

      1. Rigid career progression, since the high-level management and department are already occupied by people who already have a strong connection with the CEO

      Pcd department was filled with positive young professionals, the energy and environment were very helpful and supportive towards each other. Training and KPIs are very clear Challenging job and work require us to proactively learn new things

      Cons

      For non-mandarin speaker, the career advancement was slow but not impossible The salary level is just okay compared to the work load
