Pros
Surrounded by real automotive enthusiasts. Meet lots of cool people and customers. Pay is good if you are young.
Cons
Gruelling workload, and only getting worse. Burnout is very common. Parent company (Suncorp) is trying to squeeze every ounce they can out of the workers until they stop making huge profits, then they will either kill the brand or change their tact.
