There are some good managers at Shapell and some not so good managers. Your experience with the culture, training, department, etc. will heavily depend on who you report to.
Cons
If you get one of the not so great managers, you may not last long, because they will be there forever.

Extremely unprofessional and bias people work here. They do a lot of unethical and illegal things to employees.
