      Pros

      - slow pace - good for those that wanna retire & easily contented

      Cons

      - high turnover of employees - pantry is pathetic - depressing & unmotivating work environment / work culture - micro management management - low pay with zero progression - sunset products that getting phased out by competitors - old & legacy systems - management care more about themselves and treat employees as robots - office seems dead and too quiet - hierarchical and bureaucratic culture - tracking staff productivity

      u will still enjoy go there if u r local and like easy work.

      boss has tiny mind;cant judge employee work.Cant believe they dare to treat me like a slave for what I have done to please the boss,totally sacrifice myself of all the torturing in the best age of my life. a lot of stupid rules.'Im the boss,u have to follow me for the small money I give u'.
