Thank you for leaving a review on our Glassdoor page; however, after checking with our Call Center Manager and VP of Human Resources, our records do not show anyone has quit, been terminated or laid off from our Customer Service department in over a year. Additionally, at Shared Imaging, we pride ourselves on our commitment to creating a culture of open communication. We prove this through annual employee surveys, annual reviews with mid-year check-ins, quarterly town hall meetings, one-on-one meetings between management and their direct reports and employee exit interviews. Lastly, our CEO consistently communicates to our entire organization that he has an open-door policy for all of the employees at Shared Imaging. He welcomes and encourages any/all feedback. We strongly believe you have inadvertently left a review on the wrong company page. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
