      1. Technical work with a lot of problem-solving 2. Good communication and teamwork 3. Mix of hardware, software, networking, and user support responsibilities 4. Managers trust people to do their jobs without constant supervision.

      Only somewhat acceptable if you just need quick work, but not suitable if you are trying to build a real career path.
