Work in the department whereby you will felt so welcoming, but in two weeks time you will be able to see these :-
1) Management level had strong dislike to certain management personnel therefore you will never able to get the approval signatories that you suppose to get. But end of the day , it is your fault for unable to secure the authorized approval signatories because someone get the paper from you and it is your fault for not able to follow simple instruction
2) Each of the department have their own Administrative Assistant , but you will need to be everybody PA and Admin just because everybody are busy
3) If you didnt manage to get the liking of your own department director, you will be outcast.
4) Somehow it is a crime to walk alone home, walk alone to office, eating alone in lunch hours and even wore certain outfits in office. We suppose to be the representative to showcase our "fashion" but those peoples that gotten the liking will have a greenlight to wear as little as possible
5) Heels have to wear everywhere even you going to toilet
6) You will be overwhelmed with the tension from every department, either they trying to get you to do their stuffs or they are suppose to do their stuffs since it is your job
7) Bias are so strong that you will even get the email of that insulting to your own professionalism but a small same careless mistake can be forgo because he/she like that person
A company that have high turnover, with little to nothing proper training or SOP to actually adhere to. Everything can be overwrite unless you gotten the liking of the management there. Racist too, as one of the management personnel will only have their own skin colour in the department and will try their best to send out other skintone out from their department.
The organisation always send out email to emphasis on their "ONE Shatec" but whoever emphasis on that are the main reason that "ONE Shatec" doesnt happened.
Theres alot more but it so hopeless as it suppose to be, unless the management have a proper discussion to get in real talent, instead of sticking to their budget and hire any talents that are not suitable or should be in that role.
