Pros

A nice breath of fresh air after being completely burned out in big corporate companies: everybody is really down to earth and has a common goal to find new treatments for patients. Here you actually are being appreciated for the work you do. A lot of emphasis on taking time off to allow yourself to refuel so when you are at work, you can give it your full dedication. Not because you have to; but because you want to. Diversity: we have employees with roots from all around the world, which triggers people to think outside the box and open themselves up to see things differently.

Cons

The benefits overall are good, and the company’s contribution for insurance is higher than what is typically done, but although the plans seem similar to those offered in bigger companies, you notice the difference when putting claims in (the insurance’s covered charge is less). As a small company, I guess they can’t pull their weight with the medical/dental plans and big companies. can.
