      Tough to mention any pros - there really isn't any

      Cons

      The CEO lies and tells you how great the company is. Once you experience it for yourself it's the CEO micro-managing everything and demanding things of you. You will be promised more work and then the CEO will evade your calls and messages and eventually you will start applying for new jobs as it's not worth your while anymore. Don't waste your time with this awful company with a delusional CEO.

      Micro management, lack of direction from executive leadership - is it product based or project based company, may find yourself without work if projects (which are few) dry up

      Pros

      I have been working at SHAVIK for more than a year and the company does value its employees. There will be many opportunities to grow along the projects, learn from those around you and the complex work you'd have to do. Most projects are going to be interesting as well, and the best part is the learning one gets from the Research & Development which is encouraged. Structure is not rigid, and your teammates are your friends.

      Cons

      Can get stressful and challenging since the projects may be complex, but only helps you grow and gets exciting.
