Pros
Representing employees and helping them recover money they worked for is a wonderful feeling. Colleagues are wonderful to work with, and there are no layers. Gregg Shavitz is very approachable and a very caring owner.
Cons
The work pace can be intimidating, but colleagues always pitch in.
