Pros

Great co-workers, decent benefits, good to be apart of a company that was helping rebuild after a disaster.

Cons

Sexism is rampant in the division where I worked. Found out a male coworker with the same job title and description with four years less experience and a lower degree was making 20k+ more than me. Also was reprimanded for wearing a skirt instead of my normal black or grey pants (skirt was black with polka dots and knee length), My boss said it was inappropriate and distracting and had an HR rep in the room. I worked in a cubicle and rarely had meetings to attend. At the time I was humiliated, now I know that it was body-shaming at its finest, and Is disappointing that I didn't stand up for myself.

Overall good company, has some benefits. It's a job.

Cons

Micro Management of certain employees. If you are not in the clique, you are not made to feel welcome. Boring and dead end jobs that goes no where. This company is rated low for a reason.

Pros

The people were very friendly and encouraging, made for a great experience, and they have great benefits! I worked for them for 5 yrs and would go back in a heartbeat if they had an opening in my field.

Cons

The only con I had was that my project came to an end and I was discouraged to learn there were no openings at any of their other projects for a Training Manager.
