Cons
Much of the staff is underpaid and few words of encouragement are given for a job well done. Poor communication within the company makes it difficult to get work done in an efficient manner. Clear goals, directives and deadlines are not well laid out and often result in projects being done hastily or without a level of polish that should be exhibited from an otherwise bright and capable staff.
