Great location and clients. Multi-skilled company.
Cons
Employees are treated like robots and there is a lack of respect and care from the directors. Bullying in the workplace is allowed. It is no longer possible to prioritise the clients needs. There is only huge pressure to deliver income and low staffing. A very stressful environment and not enjoyable.
