Pros
- Company is international, it have values and respects employees - I widely use English and international standards at my job - Company provides social benefits and stuff - It was growing and currently suffers from War action on the territory of Ukraine, however
Cons
- Company is global and sometimes you can see differ approaches of business work from country to country due to different size of market and so on - Work in any global Company depends on local boss and his/her attitude and team view. It is related to Business overall and departments in Company. - In Ukraine Company doesn't have all technical possibility due to local specifics
