      Pros

      President of Firm seems to be genuinely interested in helping the Firm's clients.

      Cons

      Strange place overall. Family firm lead by the President at one end of the office and his daughter at the other end. There is little cooperation and communication around the office and no real team feeling, and the high turnover rate reflects this. Personally, I feel I was hired on promises that were never fulfilled and was just brought on to clean up a pre-existing mess and once I did so was essentially discarded.

      Pros

      If you are a full-time employee you have access to very good benefits including but not limited to paid time off on a accrual basis, medical and dental insurance.

      Cons

      Workload is not divided equal between staff members and the office politics are insane.
