Impact on client lives at every level, great supportive culture, faith-based but not coercive or pressuring, many different approaches to Christian faith among staff and leadership/team respects all and encourages a safe supportive environment for all survivors of any background, sexuality, faith. Very safe. Leadership listens, staff have chance to speak up.
