      Easy to enter, will be assigned may different duties, so on the other hand there's many things to learn in the beginning.

      Very Poor HR management, in fact there's no proper HR.

      -Good starting pay for fresh grads - Decent angbao money and expensive mooncake - Don’t need to give your best because it’s not expected of you 😍

      Cons

      - You have to work hard (OT) to show that you are working so you can get into good books - In good books mean you will potentially be transferred to work in another team despite not having any prior knowledge of the job - No SOP and zero appreciation towards staff who create SOP
