Cons
There was no sense of respect or appreciation from almost all of their management. Every shift started with them reminding you of how easily replaceable you are and if you're not completing your job to 100% completion they will get rid of you whenever they feel like. If you are looking for a job delivering for amazon, work for any other DSP most of them give bonus for good performances.
