      Pros

      Standing desk and furniture, plus snacks. Good location to subway.

      Cons

      Jay, Co-founder suffers from adult child syndrome. Needs to grow up! Cheryl is no better. Birds of a feather flock together.

      Pros

      The core idea is extremely brilliant, I have consulted with our internal doctors and insurance experts for numerous personal cases. It has made my life better and removes a lot of the anxiety I would have normally had. -I really like how the company isn't afraid to try new ideas. They're very open-minded and progressive -A lot of snacks and drinks -Coworkers are super friendly, down to earth, but very hard working and smart -Unlimited Vacation policy has been awesome and encouraged by Cheryl :) -Personally I've been able to focus on my work without being pulled into too many meetings HUGE PLUS

      Cons

      There isn't a dedicated UI/UX guy, a lot of the screens have been mapped out. Personally not being a UX guy, talking through the logic with other non-ux people can be a little cumbersome.

      Horrible CEO. High turnover

      Pros

      Plenty of snacks, standing desks, office decor. Office located near public transportation.

      Cons

      Terrible time working with Cheryl Swirnow (the company's new CEO). Huge ego, office chatter describes her as abrasive. She butts heads with everyone from the doctors to the sales staff. After our head of sales quit, the rest of the sales team soon followed. The company was without a sales team for a good amount of time. Always tension when conversing with her.
