The offer letter promised commissions on the deals I closed. • In reality, they were never paid as stated. • The day I resigned, management told me I would receive zero commissions on all my open projects — even though the company was already getting paid on them. • They hid behind a forfeiture clause that only surfaced on my way out the door. • The entire exit process felt cold, calculated, and completely one-sided — zero respect for the work I delivered.
