Cons
Joined SSA after leaving a stable, long-term role. Regret the move. Management changed post-joining and lacks overseas education expertise, focusing only on numbers. Zero work-life balance. Promised 5-day week, but alternate Saturdays were mandatory from day one. Comp-offs for peak season are policy but nearly impossible to get approved, even in off-season. Leaves deduction while on approved vacation. Unrealistic targets and work outside KRAs for Mentors. After my manager quit, I handled both roles without support. Policies aren’t applied equally; favoritism exists. CMS access took months, hurting productivity. Despite meeting significant targets, no incentives/appraisal due to “team performance.” Months with zero leads, yet results expected. Management creates situations leading to forced resignations. Had strong prospects but no time to convert. High attrition, constant PIPs, no stability. Brand name doesn’t match delivery.
