Pros

free redbull and snacks/ protein shakes.

Cons

in my training class there was about 4-6 sales reps. by the end of training there was 1 that didnt get let go. each of us were let go because "we didnt fit their culture". They even let go a man that got a purple heart while serving in iraq for getting blown up after he moved from colorado to arkansas a week after moving because " he didnt fit the culture." he worked insanely hard, put in long hours and more. But because he chewed Tobacco, he didnt fit culture.

As we mentioned in another review, we have recently made some senior management changes in our Utah office to address the issues you raised and to change the culture so that it is more in line with our core values. We are sorry your experience with us was not the best it could have been. We want our employees to be able to excel in a fun and friendly environment where they can grow professionally. Obviously, that was not happening and we have moved to correct that situation. Again, sorry for your experience and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

I worked here before they had 20 plus sales people and the culture was on point. There was a ton of time flexibility and You could make a decent living as an inside sales person. Then the owners and management got greedy, they flooded the sales floor, upped the sales volume, and seemingly lowered the amount of sales leads.

Cons

Poor sales team management by the Sales Director, and Sales Manager. They prefer to have a revolving door of sales people coming and going. It's part of their model to grind people through their greasy and shady sales process.

You raise some fair points. The last thing we want is for our sales department to have high turnover or for our reps to feel unhappy or unsuccessful. As a result, we have made some changes in senior leadership within the department and decentralized it by breaking it up into individual teams and sales regions with team leaders. This allows better one-on-one mentoring and provides a better environment in which to thrive. As a result, we have seen turnover decrease and productivity increase. We are sorry your experience was not the best it could have been with us. But, we have taken the necessary action to improve on the points you mentioned. Thanks for your feedback and we wish you the best moving forward.
