      Before you join shipmnts, speak to previous employees. Ask them their outstanding dues, and how long has the management been telling them that they will clear it.

      Good learning opportunities due to multiple roles

      Cons

      - Salary comes 3-4 months late - But still has longer working hours. Late night is very common. Work even on Sundays - Product managers are confused about what to build due to which requirement changes frequently, and engineers face the burden, even the blame.

      Hi, Thanks for the review. Not sure who this is, but we haven't had a position of backend software architect yet. So please do update your correct role on the review. We are a early stage startup trying to explore the domain and finding our product-market fit. The very nature of a startup is unclear requirements because we try to figure out what will work. That is the fun of being in a startup. To explore the unchartered territories and carving out a place for your own. Working late nights and getting the product out faster is how a startup is formed. At the same time, we have never had time restrictions. We have flexible working hours for people to work when they want just for the same reason. Anyways, will definitely take these suggestions under consideration.

      Unpaid salary and TDS

      - Flat hierarchy, helps to escalate without much hindrance.

      Cons

      - After resigning, they never paid me my salary. Found out, that this is their common practice, especially to people coming from outside states. - On top of that, they also did not pay TDS for some of my payments. - No policy for working hours, based on which they make you work 24x7x365 including all mandatory holidays as well, for example, 26th January, 1st May, etc, adding to their malpractices. - Workaholic, deceiving and misleading work culture, enforced by top managements - In general, Ahmedabad is a poor choice for Tech people
