Pros

Hybrid working, friendly staff, large open plan office in a good location in London in a lovely building. It's a stable company that offers all full time staff private health care available, yearly bonus, family leave, and training/ courses to support their role. The senior team know everyone by name, and regularly walk around the office and talk to everyone - they are available to talk to anyone and are very approachable. They are open and transparent in how the company operates throughout the year to all staff with updates after senior team global meetings.

Cons

Empty office, pointless to go in unless its a Wednesday or Thursday. Pay does not reflect work, and hard to progress up the ladder due to small company size. Not much diversity with some nepotism in hires, and lip service given towards employee mental health with little support or care given compared to physical illnesses.
