Pros
Fun activities are organized after work and colleagues are nice. Nice place to start working for a year or two if your are new to system administration.
Cons
Salary is below industry standard, work culture is stiff. Its a place where they expect you to smile a wave and not be to criticical about things. Fitting in is more important than trying to be ambitious in your work. There is not much room for innovation, all available time is spend on maintaining what is already there. Also besides being and sysadmin their is not much career perspective.
