The most TOXIC place I’ve ever worked. The office feels very mean girls where bullying takes place (owners know who it is yet she’s still there and they turn a blind eye)
Hard to trust anyone since a lot of the girls pretend to be friends yet talk badly about each other.
HR is allegedly related to the CEO (super unethical)
Lots of favouritism and unequal treatment.
I’ve never been so miserable & depressed in my life. So happy to not be in that toxic environment anymore.
Owners love to gaslight you into thinking they care and that you’re doing a good job (but do several layoffs for no reason)
Super disorganized and owners/management love to use the word “startup” as an excuse for everything.
Owners want and expect the impossible while they pay you unfairly but of course pay their favourites well.
I can go on for days but I’ll stop here.
Stay away from this place unless you want to be overworked, depressed, miserable and underpaid.
