It can be fun to work here but expectations are very high for the compensation received.

As a store manager, you are basically a glorified sales associate that merchandises. Pay is low. Benefits are not competitive with high costs. Owners make emotional decisions. And performance reviews and consistent communication is avoided. Beware...

I spent just enough time working for this company to quickly realize the toxic nature of their (the husband and wife owners) actions. Women are over worked, under paid and talked down to on the daily. Best part of the job is that you get a discount, not worth it.

We provide the opportunity to interact with a very talented group of individuals that are always willing to support each other. Sometimes there are individuals that don’t match with this particular culture which is totally fine. There are plenty of companies available for all types of people and we hope you have found a better fit. As a former associate, you know that both owners have an “open door policy”. Both of us work each and every day of the week, every day of the year and every associate has our phone numbers. We are always available to discuss struggles or obstacles that any associate is facing. We actually appreciate these open and honest discussions, so we wish you had chosen to bring these feelings forward while you were still here to see if we could provide a resolution.
