As previous reviews have stated, this company offers very low wages and benefits. Which might be less of a bother if the environment was positive, efficient, and offered good work-life balance. Unfortunately, this was easily the most toxic work environment I’ve ever had the displeasure of working in. The owners gossip about employees amongst their staff, belittle and insult staff directly, and are very obvious about “picking favorites” and offering special treatment to employees who come from wealthy families or are conventionally attractive and have a large following on Instagram. Praise is virtually never given (unless you are one of the aforementioned “favorites”) and criticism is endless, even if you come in every day on time and do your job well. You will be loaded with as much work as you could possibly handle, you will not be paid accordingly for it, and you will be relentlessly gaslit by the owners as you do it. All positive reviews listed here were either written by Chicago or California employees that do not have to deal with the owners directly, or by Arizona employees that wrote them because they were asked to by the owners themselves. Meaning - they have seen all this criticism, but chose to ignore it. This is why their employee turnover is extremely high. Honestly, if you’re looking for a job I’d recommend looking elsewhere. You’d be better off working for a large corporate retail business.
