1. Pathetic work environment.
No process is followed at all in the company. The upper management is completely out of their mind. They get any project out of nowhere and force the developers to make it live in one day! Not only day, sometimes people are asked to even work at night.
2. Very less funding left
People were fired in large numbers. Those who were spared, left on their own. No appraisals were done this year (2018). On the other hand, the upper management is giving false hopes about a raise all the time.
3. Only business oriented. Not people oriented.
They don’t care about you at all. All they want is to survive and get to profitability. They are trying to reach profitability at the expense of peoples’ lives and careers.
4. All good people have left.
Since none of the good and hard working people remain in the company. You should not consider joining at all. They are hiring interns, paying them very less so as to fullfil the roles of full time people.
