Pros
The supervisor is a very knowledgeable skilled person and probably the only reason most of the employees stay. The leads do the best they can with what they're given and with the pressure they receive.
Cons
Unpaid overtime is considered a given. Working during the weekends without pay is also considered a given. There is no HR. There are no events or team building opportunities. There are no TOOLS. The leads and supervisors are expected to create tools out of thin air (mostly excel sheets). The management doesn't prioritize the mental health and personal goals of the employees. Change of positions within the company or granting the appropriate role title is heavily discouraged. Even though they claim they are a start- up and there are plenty of opportunities, they want to keep you as low as possible in fear of a raise demand. All in all, they expect blind loyalty with not a lot in exchange. Would only recommend for someone with no experience that wants to start somewhere.
