      Great product and team but scaling too slow

      - Good Manager for engineer team

      Cons

      - Technology improvement is too slow - Product scaling is too slow due to too less engineer - Salary is low as well - Have to be full time awareness of the product when downtime or bug happen have to be there for debugging
